Day 9 — I Stopped Chasing AI Tools And Started Building Workflows.

Day 9.

No redesign. No launch. No new followers.

Most of the day was spent thinking — which sounds unproductive, until you realize that building systems is also work.

The realization that changed my direction

For weeks, I’d been treating AI like most people do: try a new model, test a new prompt, switch platforms, look for the “best” one.

But after hours of experiments and failed attempts at organizing my workflow, something clicked:

The real advantage won’t come from knowing how to use one AI tool. It will come from building workflows that coordinate multiple AIs together.

From using AI to orchestrating AI

Until now, I was using AI in isolated conversations — ask, get an answer, close the tab. No compounding value.

So today I built my first real workflow system. Not automation, not agents. Just a repeatable process I can run every day:

  • Perplexity → collect signals and research
  • Gemini → compress and summarize
  • Claude → extract deeper insights and frameworks
  • ChatGPT → turn ideas into content and systems

The shift wasn’t which AI is best. It was which AI is best for this layer of the workflow. That reframe changed everything.

Building a Personal AI OS

I also realized I’m not just building a website anymore.

I’m slowly assembling what I can only call a Personal AI Operating System — a structure that combines research, prompts, workflows, content systems, and digital assets into one repeatable production pipeline.

Right now it’s messy. Folders, markdown files, half-working templates. But every real system starts ugly.

The part nobody sees

Today involved a lot of copying between platforms, renaming files, rewriting prompts, and reducing friction. Nothing worth screenshotting.

But if this workflow becomes stable, eventually everything scales with it: content, products, SEO, distribution. That’s the real leverage.

Today’s numbers

  • Homepage redesign: complete
  • Tailwind setup: working
  • Domain configuration: still propagating
  • First AI workflow: running manually
  • Automation level: 0%
  • Revenue: $0

Still showing the zeros. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Next: simplifying the workflow, reducing friction between platforms, and turning scattered ideas into repeatable assets.
